Owned all board and investor deliverables: quarterly board materials, KPI packages, and ad hoc requests.

Built the driver-based sales forecasting model, giving leadership a rolling view of bookings, ARR, and net retention.

Ran annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts end to end while the company grew from 30 to 300+ people.

Rebuilt the insurance revenue and loss models with Data Science and improved forecast accuracy.
